It is subject to public order, morality and health.

Basically it shouldn't be contradicting other rights enshrined in Art 14,15, 19, 21 etc.

Banning of loudspeakers, Sabarimala case, Bohra community case all have been taken to court because it is in contravention to one right or the other.

@Metalady so in that case both the statements are subject to other FRs, but the answer provided gives "a" as the correct answer

Simply read Art 25 and Art 26 from Bare Act. Art 25 says "subject to public order, morality, health and other provisions of this part" while Art 26 just says "subject to public order, morality and health".
