a ) Freedom of Religious and Conscience is subjected to other Fundamental Rights.

b ) Freedom to Manage Religious Affairs is subjected to other fundamental rights.
Can anyone please clarify what other FRs are there in the given context.

Simply read Art 25 and Art 26 from Bare Act. Art 25 says "subject to public order, morality, health and other provisions of this part" while Art 26 just says "subject to public order, morality and health".

It is subject to public order, morality and health.

Basically it shouldn't be contradicting other rights enshrined in Art 14,15, 19, 21 etc.

Banning of loudspeakers, Sabarimala case, Bohra community case all have been taken to court because it is in contravention to one right or the other.
