How do people here keep up their motivation levels ? I genuinely admire this level of perseverance.. getting ready to sweat for 50 more days after the demotivating result.
I am just 1 year into this full time preparation and with motivation level so low that I barely get done 30% of what I can and have done before.
I just need advice on how to buck up again after I've already (harmfully) slowed down in the race.
