What is graduate percentage ! Is it final year percentage or aggregate all year percentage. Please clarify.

Graduate percentage is what it sounds like. It is the aggregate percentage of graduation. The one you have in your final / provisional mark-sheet.  

I got my EWS certificate on 30-01-2020 for the financial year 2019-20,valid for the year 2020-21. But the upsc prelims notification mentions it should be for the financial year 2018-19. Is my ews certificate wrong or should I had to take it before january(2019)? can I now apply for ews using this certificate or not?please throw some light on this issue.

Financial Year is 1st  April to 31st March.

Now that FY Year April'19 to March'20 hasn't ended yet, how can you assess the income for the year.

So it had to be FY April'18 - March'19 for the year 2019-2020.

Kindly recheck. If you've obtained it in January, it'd be of FY 18-19 only.

Can I apply as EWS and will make my ews certificate after pre? Though in notification it's clear mentioned that the date should be before the closing date i.e 18 March

And if I am unable to show my ews wt will be the consequences after pre results

1)will I am considered as general

2) will they cancelled my form

I am sure that I will get the ews certificate, but not sure when I will get

And why you mention 31 March, notification said before 18 March not before the ending date of financial year

And if I made certificate after closing date and after 31 March is there any issue?

The last date to 'fill' the form is March 3rd

I've mentioned March 31st to obtain the certificate by then. Because any time after, it would assess the income of FY 19-20 which will be invalid here.

Now, you've to see weather to opt for EWS Category or not when you'd fill the form.

ps. Certificate is to be submitted at the time of mains.
