What not to do in Rajinder Nagar ?

Haha !! was expecting something better from this place : my observations on ORN :( personal view)

1.crowd intimidation: Couples roaming in  every  gullies of ORN(no Offence its quite natural)  , this leads to FOMO among many and they eventually end up in relationships------>survival(simple mei bole toh kandha (shoulder) chaiye survival ke liyeReasons are many loneliness, first time exposure to independence( usually seen in Foundation aspirants or 1st time attempters), frustration and exhaustion( veterans)

2.False consciousness: every one chills here so can we, poor chaps are  unaware about the 5-10%  aspirants who are really slogging hard in libraries and in their rooms, they are your competition  bhaii/behan log. In addition to them some really sincere candidates all over country whom we are not even aware. We are all know % of aspirants make to list in the very first first stage.

3.comfort zone Syndrome: UPSC is unpredictable , really tough , vague  prelims paper etc. etc. we feed in our mind to make us feel pity on ourself ----->we start finding comfort in our failures , will definitely  do it next year. honestly speaking  I have seen this within me.

4.Friendship/ relationships:   pls keep surrounded by people who add value to your preparation (though rarely found ).we often get intimidated  by our  nostalgic  college life, not here live your college/Hostel Days. Remember this Exam and process  is really brutal. You can see from the stories of  selected candidates how they utilized their  peer groups channelizing prep.

summering up:

  • Be cautious before starting New relationship in ORN because I believe  every good relationship   should be  an end in itself rather means to an end (i.e. survival in exam cycle as seen mostly in ORN) most of you won't find really compatible partner , compromise for sack of survival. Harsh but Truth.
  • Kindly choose your company wisely: its better to be lone wolf till you find  your pride (group of lions)hehe todha symbolic ho gaya.
  • please do take care of your mental, physical and emotional well being. Talk to your close friends, family and loved ones.
  • Be sincere NOT serious as quoted by@Neyawn.

ohh yeahek cheez toh bhul gaye:bewareof REEL AND SHORTS MOTIVATION: as said by RAMADHIR SINGH on UPSC : jab tak UPSC circle mei reels ka culture chalta rhega tab tak bhole aspirants ka chu**** banta rhega.
