I have used Pilot V5, V7 , Rorito, Cello maxwriter.
1. Among these I have used V7 only once or twice. I did not find it comfortable to hold and write and also the nib is on the thicker side.
2. Writing with Rorito trimax makes handwriting look so beautiful because of its dark ink , only thing I didn't like is the nib size . Should have been 0.5
3. Pilot V5 is very good that way , I can write faster with this. So I switched from Rorito to Pilot V5.
Does pilot v5 has a cartridge refill? Didn't know .
From where to source it ? Amazon shows only V7 cartridges
