CSE 2021: Plan / Strategy / Daily Routine

Hello 2021 aspirants. I thought it would be nice if we can share what we are doing and intend to do with one another here.

This could be a thread for discussing everything prep for 2021.

No one method fits all but to see the plans and progress made by fellow aspirants might help with the finer details of preparation and also keep one on track.

How you people are covering govt. Schemes?

I mean through the yearly compilations or some other way? How much to be invested into it.

Not doing them per se. Only doing the monthlies/CA and thus covering whatever scheme is in news. In my opinion, the benefit-cost ratio is poor; it's better to spend that time on something more fruitful.

If you don't want to take the risk of skipping it, take any compilation of schemes and go through the index. Try to remember roughly which scheme is under which ministry. And for those schemes which seem important to you/which seem familiar, go read the details. Skip the rest.

Ideally you can do this in half a day.

Thanks!!

@Freakhoto Yes let's take it what's due from last year.

forum test done

last day test analysis done

Polity half done

Enviro selective data done

Couldnt find time for mapping practices

Mixing is fine but will need a final push/penumtimate goal and some luck with a calm mind, otherwise Chelsea or in our case, less read people will sail away with better marks(Champions League)

Today being a gloomy day for all - lets just celebrate google's 23rd birthday. Google made our life much easier and I guess happier. Happy birthday Google.

The day began really well. Then 92.51 haunted the entire evening. Agar cutoff 104 hota, tab bhi shayad itni hee waat lagti, thinking ki itna kaise laaye. :P

Managed to work harder than previous days though. Studied Modern history + IR + Current affairs today. Tomorrow I'll do Ancient + Eco + CA.

Done for the day, extremely low productivity considering the hours I put in today. Only finished few parts of mapping, revising some old tests, Feb 2021 C/A. There were just bouts of me staring at pages without absorbing a single thing. On the whole not great, tomorrow must be better at all costs.

Same. Few old tests + another mock and half hearted analysis = 150ish qns. That's All!

Tomorrow has to be better at all costs. Let's make it happen.
