Of the 60 odd teachers in my College, I could list 10-12 who were good at their profession. Some others made efforts, so they could get a pass.However, some straight up told us they were teaching only because if was a requirement for their PHD. One was outright racist towards anyone Not from NE India. In other one's class, it was forbidden to smile. I could never get my head around how these scumbags ended up teaching in a college. Changed my whole perspective on 'Always Respect the Elders' and all that bull crap we are taught as children.
Yes yes, leave the behavior part & judge them on scale of caliber & skills you will feel the difference. Most professors I've met in my UG/PG were fabulous, there were few new entrants too but never felt like someone's reading directly from a Handout or a note!
Talking about new entrants there was a guest faculty in my university, though a product of nepotism & a newbie but what a fabulous teacher! He made me realize that your academic qualifications are not just pieces of papers if done with all seriousness.

About Dipin sir, he's content is good, but he doesn't present his content in an interesting manner. His approach and teaching looks mechanical to me. And now that I'm following newspapers diligently content value addition from his lectures is somewhat reducing for me.
My updates, I joined a govt library near my place. It's a literary a heaven for me. The vibe is entirely different from the cubicles of Delhi.Would dislike Ahimsa and people who would studied there but yahan ka public is so goddam good. Almost entire day library mai chala jata hai and still I'm filled with energy.

4. Geography: Remaining + revise notes
5. CA : Newspaper + 5 lectures
