Took a short trip to Delhi to see if I can find a place to stay and there was some college related paperwork too. After having lived in DU hostels, the whole looking for Pg/Flat thing is a nightmare. Hostel life was comfortable compared to living outside. Anyways, rant over. 

Also, could anyone give any suggestions about which areas are a little budget friendly and not as cramped as ORN, or are there any good pockets in ORN as well? I only had one day so couldn't look at many places.

you can check west patel nagar near shadipur metro station . if u are taking classes in karol bagh , it'll take around 20 min max of travelling (one side).
