Not this document. The cse 2022 advertisement ( irms is not mentioned in that) published in Feb 2022. ( 861 vacancies wala mein)
Oh in that syllabus document (that came in Feb) they mentioned 861 only. Later govt notified that IRMS 150 seats will also selected through CSE 2022.
I then felt relaxed as prelims more people will be selected. This year 13000 people selected in prelims because of the seats increase due to IRMS.

is saal koi vacancy nai thi cse ke through. as per my small understanding, they were figuring out the process for its recruitment and may have included it in cse list. but the latest notification stands above all as all the consulatations have been done and exam process has been figured out. goodbye those 3 services of CSE :(

- handling 2 exams at the same time
- cracking cse pre along with ese pre. They risk losing both. Cracking both are tough
- they will also feel like changing optionals now. Reason: they know that railway is best job through ese and overall irms vacancies are lesser than past year so why waste energy in studying gs for pre, kidht as well change optional and shift to cse
