Last year se tough tha paper 2
Moreover kai logon ne galat assumption le liye
Eg VDF kuch ne assume kar liya 1 jabki wahi nikaalna tha from axle load
Similarly slope value etc ye sab range me hi assume karna hota hai otherwise answer will not come in range
@brownianMotion how was ur PSIR optional?
@Aspirant123 bhai i did some careless mistakes in paper 1 and paper 2 to sahi me kaafi difficult tha.....but usually kitne correct pe 260 + aate hai after normalisation....
@garvitksh Nothing new ,mistakes are very common in paper 1.
Last time i attempted 215 and my unscaled marks was 185(30 marks silly mistakes)
185 led to 128 marks in P1
Similarly p2 me unscaled marks was 173
I finally got 140
That means 358 raw marks pe 268 mile the last time
May be this year scaling kam ho due to tough paper 2
@brownianMotion bhai isse pehle answer writing aur structuring dono hi abysmal thi...2019 me paper 1 me practice kiye the to 140 touch kia tha but paper 2 stood at steady 110 ;) Is baar likha to kaafi tha...baki upsc malik hai dekho kya dete hain...

@morty quite difficult to tell bhai. Overall PYQ attempt karte waqt kitna confidence tha aur kaise answers likhe uspe depend karega I guess...

Coming to my attempt, It was okay. I thought I was able to write better answers than last time thanks to direct questions coming from test series. However, I also feel ki baaki logon ne bhi unn questions ki achi practice kr rkhi hongi. As a result, those who have done value addition will be rewarded. That value addition part I am not too sure about myself. Rest UPSC will tell.
Par ache questions the toh likhne mein acha feel hua.
