Do one thing.kal aa rha h fir?
Step 1. In morning around 11 AM, call UPSC. if they reply that 'Website dekhte rahiye'' then it will definitely be coming tomorrow. If they dont say such or say like 'next week aayega', even then dont take it at its face value.
Step 2. Call UPSC again between 3 to 5 in evening. If they say that "website dekhte rahiye," then my friend, tomorrow will be the D-Day.

@Capedcrusader1 then how so many toppers this year are from classroom coaching program of vision and vajiram. Rank 1, 2, 3, 5, 9, 10, etc.It's so confusing, some say coaching centres are on the decline while we see so many toppers from their classroom coaching program.
These topper actually join coaching 2018 or 2019 .Many of them self study despite of joining coaching and Many just joined a specific module like optional , essay , ANSWER writing or interview . self study with awareness is only key to crack upsc.
