[Results] Prelims 2020 Over - Gearing for 2021
Because of the corona virus issue? If it does not happen then worst affected will be people whose interview is stuck, around 600-700 such people I think are yet to appear for their interview.

Somehow I am not able to believe exams will be held. I just cannot. Other exams may be, but UPSC? There are too many hurdles.
1- Limited Centres(75 odd for entire India)
2- Not a single sitting exam
3-Not a single day exam
4-Not that important as if the country will collapse.
5-Shows govt. in a poor light(I mean India has the highest young population)
6-Pandemic to worsen
last but not least,
7-I have immense faith in UPSC as an Organisation.
Somehow I am not able to comprehend.
Same right now everything seems to be opening up and restarting as if there's no thing called covid19. But intuition tells me maybe just maybe everything will be shut again. Whether it happens before october is anybody's guess.

For aspirants preparing, they would appear for exam in anyhow situation. but dilemma of getting inflected would be in each one.
People raising for cancellations of exam, many feels they are just for escaping or excuse.. if anyone thinking is of worse thinking. Many people don't know whom family member went through situation during infections.
I am quite surprised by education / exam system of various sectors including university. all are with old aged people sitting in AC room with peons and passing order.
This is Pandemic. No waitage to this word neither living old people in those institutions are care about.
Prelims if happens many many people would be effected if young generation survive their old family members or who know who is going to get infected.
irresponsible behaviour and management by ministry. Economic development wont boot to sky if NEET etc happens on time. Even school college are charging full fee and no management from HRD ministry.
totally unplanned , uneducated steps by educational institutions and bodies.
they wont take recommended action either for different exam, how final semester can be shift to next year etc.
these old guys will direct SC case from their AC packed room.
be it CBSE, UGC etc all are doing same steps.
