[Official] OBC certificate for DAF - Eligibility, DAF Filling, Creamy Layer, NCL, Things to keep in Mind

    query related to OBC criteria for NCL..... There is clause that class C government employees can fall under Non creamy layer even if they have salary more than prescribed limit. Does any selected candidate face any issue???
