CSE 2023: Plan/ Strategy/ Daily Routine
How can a person kill the Cricket fan in him? Please suggest.
Don't know how to kill the fan. However, I've avoided it for extended periods before.
What I did then was to cut off all news of cricket. Unsubscribed from pages on social media that mentioned anything cricket related. Consciously avoided Sports Section in Newspaper. Didn't think twice before shutting down someone wanting to discuss cricket stuff. And most Important, if I somehow got to know when a match was on, and couldn't resist the temptation, I used to only watch when my favorite batter or bowler were on the crease, or bowling.
However, all of this conveniently happened when I was busy with things I considered more interesting, so don't know if my method worked, or me avoiding cricket was just a product of circumstances. I also need to kill the fan.

My roommate during UG used to get fever everytime India lost a game! He used to skip meals n all.
I still am the same sadist villain jisko cricket k haar jeet se farq hi nhi padta. In morning when Pandya started batting I told the next desk guy ki har jayenge! He said cricket dekhte nhi ho kya.
After sometime his face had a sort of realization ki dekhna bhi nhi chahiye 🤣

Baaki, Vivek Sir and Saurabh sir are good. I don't know how nicely will they evaluate, but Saurabh Sir knows a bit as to how to clear this exam.Also, a very hardworking lad as far as I know.

How do you guys manage left over syllabus for a test? For both prelims and mains. Like I am giving mains and prelims tests as of now and some portions can't be finished no matter how hard I try, it just adds to my preparation insecurity.
Don't let anything left undone unconsciously, allot it a time that this is where I'll do this part. Rather than leaving just place it for some other time. Like I've left some mains parts but I know at what time I'll be doing those parts.

Forget him I find quoting any of these UPSC teachers CRINGE at best!
I had even typed a comment requesting you to do your B.ed training with all seriousness in morning but then left halfway.
I've felt that people having qualifications for teaching posts & having qualified for similar exams do hell better than these people. Sometimes we all take help of these UPSC teachers because dearth of options but try comparing them with your school or college teachers recruited by a properly laid down process. Yes, you might feel that they don't teach enough but you will feel the difference in whatever little they do.
Nothing against anyone, wrote what I felt. I found the so called best faculties in coachings as below average & hence a rant maybe. Haha!
Dono ka function alag h. We can’t truly compare them. Coaching cater to a completely different ecosystem and study routine. They are not aimed at inculcating critical thinking or analytical skills necessarily, they’re aimed at helping you clear an exam. At any point if you do evolve analytical or critical thinking skills, those are incidental. Whereas colleges are focused on analysis and critical thinking in depth on a particular subject. They require reflection at length in only a specific area of study.
Havingsaid that, I do agree that we shouldn’t glorify anyone, be it school/university teachers or coaching teachers. Both sets of people are only humans with a particular agenda to fulfil.
Had a decent day after 3-4 days(seasonal flu).
