@TeddyWestsideI agree to your point bhai, we are not judges and his actions do not amount to sedition legally. But i guess if we talk about Kanhaiya we have to account for commission or omission of his acts.there is no such legally defined category of anti-national, but does his response reflects his stand on India's integrity? Does it reflect his stand on Kashmir? I'm sure you are qualified to be the judge of thatKhair I think this discussion is dead now, so we should go back to speculations

ICLS is a new service - not in much demand at present as overall man power is just 291 and many are not clear about it's role, growth opportunities, future & benefits.
Let me know if anyone knows more about ICLS.

Mourning Afzal guru’s hanging was nothing short of treason

@sernihilolike last year mains examinations got over on 7 October i guess, and result was declared on 20th december.this year mains exam got over on 29sept, so if all things remain the same, then result can be expected to be declared by sometime around 14th December.

@Caesarthose who mourn afzal gurus hanging and shout India k 1000 tukre honge are actually have very shallow understanding of the things and mentally impaired as they are ideologically bound so they cannot analyze anything dispassionately and objectively..They may not be bad persons or individuals per se..I know many leftists individuals who subscribe those kind of views.. However,many of them are honest and not greedy for money (many west Bengal leftists are indeed selfless personally) and principled at personal level and many work for poor people selflessly. Individuals have different layers of their character..Picking one aspect and declaring someone to be evil and antinational is not correct I think..In a democratic country we must provide space for debate and discussion and even apparent transgressions over red lines could and should be allowed at times..it's not at all harmful but actually strengthens democratic culture..To upheld freedom of speech and expression it's always better to err in the side of freedom....
