Mains 2019 Preparation and Discussion Thread
Now that 1 week is over, it is time to shift focus to Mains. With barely 103 days left there is no time to waste.
@TETRACYCLINEgetting nightmare about poor essay scores. Essay can single handedly ruin our chances. Has anyone here had got hot good or decent score after a poor score in subsequent attempts.
@Champakkuchh bhi 85/200 hai..it's certainly not that bad.
In 2011, Brandon had made her second attempt at cracking the civils, having failed the first time after a score of 15 out of a total 200 marks in a 2010 mains essay paper which finally contributed to excluding her from the interview list by 12 marks.

My insider told me that entire evaluation process was finished a couple of weeks ago. But the pendrive from which the results were to be uploaded got infected with virus as they were uploading it. (They think it was the reason behind kudankulam nuclear plant malware attack.) Now they're hoping it's a common cold otherwise they'll have to redo the evaluation since the pendrive is the only record maintained(for secrecy purpose).
So result may come on 1st December or next year, there's no in between.
