I don't think question was wrongly framed. I think it's given in IGNOU or may be in Ritzer. I think somewhere I have read it.

@dr-ahmednaaz8567Yah it's not wronly framed.I remembered reading it in ma coursebook of ignou but had better notes of other question hence didn't attempt it.
If other question would not have been there would have attempted this one..
