Now that 1 week is over, it is time to shift focus to Mains. With barely 103 days left there is no time to waste.
@vvvikas0078212British ne jo bhi introduce kara uski koi value nahi because there was no will of the people. That shitty government wasn't elected by Indians..
Par yahan humne free, fair & transparent manner mein vote dekar mandate diya hai NDA ko government banane ka aur chalane ka...
Isliye Jo government karegi sab manzoor hai.
@RavsWith all due respect to your views, I must say that you have a very shallow understanding of democracy.
@RavsThe idea of unquestionable loyalty itself is undemocratic. Democracy thrives by dissent, not by loyalty to the government.
@Ravsyeah... finally you accepted...that according to you..in democracy the will of majority is important not others.
Mr@Ravs... democracy constitution se chalti hai... majoritarian government se nhi. Aur constitution to aap jante hi hoge ( agar sach me IAS aspirant ho ).
Apply your mind like an aspirant of IAS not just some viewer of biased media.
And finally read Indian constitution and democracy.... government elect krne ke baad apki responsibility kahtm nhi hoti...balki shuru hoti hai..... political accountability to padhe hi hoge ethics / political science me.
@BGPstudent ho toh chill karo bhai...
Elders are already present to take care of the country's issues.

Awesome line man. liked it (y)
@Ravsthere were direct elections in pre independent India. And democracy by itself doesn't provide impunity to all actions of govt. Anyway it was the govt established by law... And it maintained consistently for 2 centuries that they were governing with the welfare of the people as their guiding principle. All policies were discussed in the legislative council or other arms like executive Council in accordance with the law in force at that time.
@Ravs
kya care horha wo to dikh hi rha bhai questions nhi raise krenge to fir koi mtlb hi nhi
gov apne man se economic datas use krti hai jab man krtahai release krti ya stay lgadeti hai economic slowdown accept nhi krti to pdhe likhe log hai wo apna views na bnaye aur ha me ha milate jaye
bhai pdha isliye jatahai ki best knowledge se apna ek view bne aur facts ke basis pe analyse kre situation ko ya action ko
is hisab se to governor ka action challenge hi nhi hona chhiye tha and fadnavis ka cm bnana sahi tha

Bhagat Singh didn't wait for elders, And Aurobindo Ghosh wrote New lamps for the old !!
@TETRACYCLINEgovernor's role has always been a bone of contention in Centre-State relations. Don't wanna discuss it.
Fadnavis couldn't become CM because he lacked majority. Don't wanna discuss this as well...
@Ravs
why the gov withheld the data about economic slowdown and unemployment
cbi ke functioning to yelog itna influence krtehai apke hisab se ye sab discuss nhi hona chahiye
Lagta hai history optional hai aapka.
Anyways, 1949 se pehle ki baat mat karo bhai, constitution aane ke baad ki baat karo.
Shaheed Bhagat Singh fought against a Non-democratic government. Usko aaj ke protests se compare mat karo.
agar itni transparent functioning hoti gov ki to kya bat hai
dissent should always exist nhi to fir hmlog apne neighbour jaisa hojyenge
kisiko majority milgyi to iska mtlb ye nhi ki wo sab sahi hi krega ek ek citizen ka care krna gov ka responsibility hai and we as a citizens must demand accountability

ravs ji, more than fighting against non-democratic government, bhagat singh was fighting against exploitation.
"But in order to be correctly understood we must explain it further. Let us declare that the state of war does exist and shall exist so long as the Indian toiling masses and the natural resources are being exploited by a handful of parasites. They may be purely British Capitalist or mixed British and Indian or even purely Indian."
-- bhagat singh
aur exploitation toh aaj bhi hai, bhale hi government democratic hai...
@TETRACYCLINECBI ka functioning hamesha se hi sawaalon mein hai.
SC ne idk in year 2011 or 2013, "CBI ko caged parrot" bola tha. Tab different government thi at the centre.
As far as withholding of data & reports is concerned, my best friend is in MoSPI and he told me that withholding of data & reports isn't anything new or confined to just this government.
Government ke actions agar pasand nahi hain toh ya toh koi aur government elect karo next time ya fir khud election lado.
Baaki main agree karta hoon ki sab discuss hona chahiye ...par again tareeke se.
@BGPthx.
@RavsThe views you present seem regressive, ignorant and a step back to the old ages. The students are equal citizens, not subjects of governance. I would argue that student activism is not only desirable, but necessary for a truly functioning democracy. They represent the ever changing and evolving values of the times, and microcosm for the future of the country. Take examples of velvet revolution of 1989, tiananmen square protests, apartheid divestments of 1970s, they were all led by students. It is true that violence cannot be condoned in any manner and anything but peaceful protests would be counter intuitive. Yet the point remains, students must remain active citizens of this country, not passive subjects with no free thinking. And universities such as JNU fraternity have my respect for this very reason, they encourage independent views even if they're against the majority dispensation.
Dissent is all in democracy.
