@CaesarThat has to be reflected in bilateral relationships with these countries. If India's bilateral relationship with countries and neighbours barring Pakistan deviates from normal curve in the time to come, then only any conclusion regarding credibility could be arrived. Afghanistan is an exception to our partition but sure there are issues of "religious suffocation" for minorities. India in fact showed an exemplary action of compassion. so called leaked or fake result pdf. So finely prepared, difficult to find fault. All roll number have been selectively/randomly picked up from prelims qualified.
To check your roll number. Do not use initial zero of roll no. My roll number is also not there.

@yummyI dont understand what the person gets in creating pdfs like this. But looking at it seems like he might have taken ample amount of time trying to fool people

@Behemothregarding pressure from the west, one can cite that such situations have also come up in the past, like pressure against non alignment, after nuclear tests, but we have been able to overcome these situations & win the trust of Int'l community
