Because of the corona virus issue? If it does not happen then worst affected will be people whose interview is stuck, around 600-700 such people I think are yet to appear for their interview.
@neyawn sir and others, what is your take?

@Phagocyte Thanks bhai.
I scored 106.67 in simulator and I believe I made a few silly mistakes which is very frustrating. I found the test to be moderate but it seems everyone is finding it easy so fml, I guess
only those who have scored well are finding the paper easy( obviously)..anyway you don't need to compete with them.... i have noticed that in any mock, there are 3 divisions -
1.who anyway score 130+ irrespective of the mock
2.who are 10-15 marks above the cut off
3. who are hanging in the trenches around the border.
and in all the mocks I have written, the cutoff invariably lies in the 3rd category...the differentiating trait between the 2nd and the 3rd is the quantum of silly mistakes ..avoid them
if you are in the 3rd category, you are lucky , for you know what needs to be done.
@TheNotorious ab bhai goku ke balon ko yellow wala highlighter se rang kar super saiyan hi bana do..

art 161 governor cant commute death penalty..
simulator x q no 15 is wrong .
governer cnt pardon but can commute ... but how did u get the qus ? u remember even the qus number ?
got it now,,but still confuses me.. if governor remits a death penalty to less severe one this in other word itself means pardoing one from dp.
if he suspends a dp he is violating art 21...
pls clarify friends

Just to clarify, you've mixed up remission and commutation. Remission doesn't change the character of the punishment, it changes the quantum. Commutation is what changes the quality or character of the punishment. Now to your question. If a person is pardoned, then they would have to face no punishment at all and it would be seen as if he/she had never committed the crime. In the case of commutation, the person would still have to face some form of punishment and it would stay in his/her record.
