Because of the corona virus issue? If it does not happen then worst affected will be people whose interview is stuck, around 600-700 such people I think are yet to appear for their interview.

Nobody is paying attention to the judicial review question. Judicial review per se has not been mentioned anywhere in the constitution. I think it will be like the legal right wala question of 2017. That time every coaching key gave the right to vote as a legal right. But ultimately the UPSC key gave it as a constitutional right. Let's see what happens this time
bhai it is a correct statement. no ambiguity. statement phir padho- it provides for, not defines. so judicial review is indeed provided for by constitution via articles 13, 32, 226

@Harmony yes but the term itself has not been mentioned. The option could not have been Judicial Review is "defined" as it's not a new concept across the world Constitutions. But Basic Structure ko 'defined' bolre hain because it is judiciary innovated doctrine.
I would simply like to ask, agar first statement says Constitution 'provides' for Basic Structure, would you have marked it correct? No, right.
@Harmony Yes, but it is implicit. The fact that Judicial review has been kept in inverted commas in the question raises significant doubt.
@Percival they have explained wrong but the answer is still all 3. non financial debt is debt OWED by government or households or companies( whcih are not part of financial sector) or individuals. all 3 are of that nature. financial debt is debt owed by the financial sector as one entity. used largely to gauge health of lending activity in economy.

@rahulgandhi yaa I also marked D bit I think the coaching walas are correct. Had the statement mentioned 'defines' instead of 'provides' than the answer would have been D. But several articles of constitution explicitly provide for the judicial review.
those who are veterans, do you really think cutoff will go below last year? or is it the base effect? so many genuine ppl saying cutoff below 98 some even saying below 95, as per official key ofcourse, what is your take? how much are ppl around you scoring? too many ppl getting over 105 from what i am reading but they could be inflating scores as per convenience. how can cutoff dip given lesser vacancies and ews?
@Challenger_Deep why is everyone so stuck with defines and provides? They have used Basic Structure has been "defined" because it is invented by Indian system.
But Judicial Review has been "provided" because it is not a new concept.
Both the terms cannot be found anywhere in our Constitution. Anyway, I had a really open mind answering this. It may go either way if truly they're dogmatic about defines/provides.
@Harmony I have not seen a huge effect of vacancies over cutoff all these years. But EWS maybe a factor.
And cutoff will definitely fall, but the question is how far would it fall.
Archand,NOLEisGOAT@Percival yes. Basic structure wale option se examiner ka intention bhi pata lagta hai ki wo kya ascertain karna chahta hai. Basically basic structure and judicial review are oft used terms when we talk about the constitution, but interestingly the constitution itself nowhere mentions these terms.
