Because of the corona virus issue? If it does not happen then worst affected will be people whose interview is stuck, around 600-700 such people I think are yet to appear for their interview.

Can anybody help regarding the following-
Q. Which part of the constitution of India declares ideal of welfare state ? For this question, all answer keys have provided answer as DPSP.
I marked it as preamble thinking that preamble is a declaration mentioning social, economic justice, equality without explaining in detail. But DPSP is not just declaration rather it explains in detail what welfare state actually is.
Question only talks abt part which declares. I think preamble declares ideal which reflect welfare state whereas DPSP is part where welfare state is not just declared, it is mentioned that too in great detail.
Does anybody else also think the same way.
For the MPLAD Scheme, theguidelinesfocus on the creation of durable community assets like roads, school buildings etc.
Recommendations for non-durable assetscan be madeonly under limited circumstances.
Consider some of the observations made by the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) of India:
Expenditure incurred by the executing agencies being less than the amount booked.
Utilisation of funds between 49 to 90% of the booked amount.
The scheme envisages that works under the scheme should be limited to asset creation, but 78% of the works recommended were for improvement of existing assets.

Statement 1 said 'must' but the guideline of creating durable assets was flouted more often than not.
I marked statement 1 wrong because I vaguely remembered an MP giving ex gratia to a person killed in an accident. But I found no such news on googling.

Also, there is another question related to separation of executive and judiciary, the answer of which is DPSP. So, there was also thinking in my mind , will upsc give same answer i.e. DPSP for two questions in the same paper.

Yaar ab aise sabka kuch na kuch galat hai fir.
You throw a stone on a question ... By the same deductions based logic .. Other guy will say some others are wrong.
I think .. whatever marks we have right now ... 3 or 4 questions may go right while same could go wrong simultaneously. Out current score will be either +3 or so or minus. So, It will be tough to debate and come to conclusion and interpret what UPSC exactly means by such questions.
We did whatever best we thought and interpreted and studied.
Let it be so now .. and study 40 days. If not selected... Itna saal se aisi taisi kara rahe hai 40 days aur sahi ...
That's only wise thing from my little brain i could suggest.
