[Results] Prelims 2020 Over - Gearing for 2021

Because of the corona virus issue? If it does not happen then worst affected will be people whose interview is stuck, around 600-700 such people I think are yet to appear for their interview.

@shubham4_m7770 Dont go with NALSA Act 1987 brother as question is just asking in general and not based on some act . Adding further a pan India scheme is launched by NALSA in 2016 which includes all senior citizens under section 12 of free legal services act for getting free legal service . I dont understand why the coaching mafias just ignored this straight forward scheme/initiative of NALSA .

Not all .. income criteria is fixed bt states. For delhi it 2lakh .

That is correct brother. But the 2016 schemes is subject to various income limits that can be applied by respective states. For example delhi has a income limit of 2,00,000 for senior citizens but haryana doesn't have any income limit for senior citizens. Thats why I said there is no generalised limit across India.

NALSA also has state components so states can also decide criteria ,in my district there is a nalsa internship cell which only has district level criterias ...no doubt in it all senior citizens r covered ...

Rice trading some r saying ki price ko affect nhi krta how ? If stocks r less and prices r elevating than supply by FCI brings the price down or prevent them to hike that's direct intervention in rice price ...Every miller has to give 25 percent rice as levy which they keep as stock for government and when government tells them to sell the same the price automatically reaches an equilibrium ... anyone whose family member is in local grain market can ask them about this very regular trading of government

In India any minute change in fertilizer price is first done by IFFCO which is a government holded cooperative , whenever IFFCO declares the price of FERTILISER private players also increase the cost of fertilizer ,,, currently MRP of fertilizer just got raised and now it's 1270 and it was declared by IFFCO and u will not find a single private company Aditya Birla or Tata to have a different price ...The government has strict control on fertilizer price just like the oil prices .... U all can cross check all companies have same MRP and same price irrespective of origin , manufacturing place and packing ....

Brother u r saying about subsidy but doesn't that mean government is controlling price of all fertilizer ? Currently in India there is no fertilizer company which doesn't get subsidy ... You know why government made urea neem coated ?because after taking subsidy companies used to diversify subsidised urea for ammonia production ...now since been is used this diversion is not possible ... All the subsidies are given by government to control the farmer inflation ... If government removes subsidy today than prices will shoot from 1270 to 1700 to 2000 .... Hence it can be safely said government controls price...and even if u will keep subsidy away government monitors prices ... I don't wanna argue but I have FERTILISER business and I work for many Indian companies there is too much government issues and checkdams for pricing....

In that scheme benefit is not provided to all the citizens, only those already getting benefit under nalsa act, 1987. Now coming to option 1, in no state ceiling is less than 1 lac so it's correct. OBC is wrong. Regarding transgender 2 lac is criterion only in delhi. In other states it's not mentioned in the statute, someone plz through light. However it appears in other state there is no provision 4 transgender. So only statement 1 is correct. I hv marked 1 and 4 and taking it wrong off course.
