I wanna ask u guys regarding exam condition this time around... My centre was in mumbai and in my room about 24 candidates were there, of them about 4-5 had constant cough. On the last day it was quite funny as most of them were coughing which seemed co ordinated.

Anyways, since after the day of exam I fell ill and with symptoms mostly similar to omicron i dint get tested assuming I was in a hotspot and likely to contract it. Been confined to bed with no breathing difficulty but fever and body ache. Is anyone out there in a similar situation?

@SergioRamos I found Economic Survey relevant for data for GS3. Better wait for a few days for this year's to be released, and you can note down relevant facts and figures from important chapters like Agriculture, Industry, Social Services, State of the Economy.

For GS2, I compiled data from newspapers/TV debates/PRS primarily, googled to fill the gaps.

Unpopular opinion : I hate drawing diagrams except in geography questions because it is hard to put down definitions in that diagram. In a circle, i can draw different sectors and put the points..but there is no space to explain them. Also perhaps .....the paper is descriptive.

@Apollo11 I was in Room 14 for the optional. There were people in shorts while others in overalls and monkey caps. The fan at the front of the room was blasting away while the one at the other end was crawling somehow. And the constant coughing! Bharat darshan class me hi ho gaya.

I actually had been taking meds(pcm) since essay paper just to be in the safer side, but by the time gs4 was finished i definitely had fever, and if all mumbai guys would remember those were some of the coldest days in recorded history of Mumbai.

On the day of language paper for English we were reverted back to original seating arrangement as gs papers the week earlier at Sion centre, there one person who had given gs papers was missing, i presumed must be coz of illness. The upsc under the guise of greater public good has actually made a common fodder out of them.

On the day of my optional paper a guy sitting next to me on the adjusant row was coughing so bad that was disturbing the flow of thoughts but to be fair to to him poor guy had a bottle of warm water which he slipped every 5 mins to stopp coughing. I don't know if he completed the paper coz he seemed fairly disturbed too.

I guess by the end of the exam none of us really cared about health all that was needed was to complete the paper somehow !!

If one would have properly investigated then many of the centres would have been declared hotspots ..

I wrote good content on almost all answer exceptwrote 3 average content and left 1 question in optional because of time constraint! I did not wrote any test series so don't know what may happen. Can anyone tell me should I had written average content in 2 more answer and complete all the questions?

Hey guys, I am thinking to join the MGP Cohort 8. I have asked some of you here about it. I would like to know others opinion too. Was there anyone who joined before prelims? How was it? Even if not, what do you guys think?

Can anyone please reply on this?
