How was your paper? How did you approach the paper?
@HankShrader I am not saying about you. That was mentioned as somebody thought you dkt. 🥺
How was your GS marks ?
GS was below average.. scored in 330s .. missed interview call by few marks though..
So I have tried my best this year..
guys whats up with ganging up on someone like that?
preaching morals with unnecessay quotes. how about learn to take others views too?
im in no way speaking for him, but what if he knew those questions others didnt know?
I have deep respect for you to stand up against this moral preaching. these "Ambassadors of cosmetic morality" and their attempts to stifle freedom of speech and expression by forming "Cartels of Morality" online on such forums has ruined everything.
Never ever abandon your freedom of speech and expression under cumulative pressure of any "snowflakes"

@HankShrader Atb. Hardly matters what others think/say. You are right when you say if somebody say they performed well, everyone becomes insecure and start labelling. And, we get awake when result shows a diff picture of people performing well.
I think you have a valid point..
However..I found the papers to be difficult to score so high... Maybe 100+ in any one paper by god's grace.. but expecting around 100 in all is beyond my comprehension..
I assume @hank studied about blue led, s400 technical details and who guidelines before entering the exam hall... only then can one expect to cross 100..

No.. I didn't know very well about these questions..
I have tried to write whatever I could..
Why to focus only on these questions.. people are assuming that the way other questions are answered matters nothing.. but guess what.. that is where one will make the difference..
N I think I have answered the rest well.. in these difficult questions I m expecting 2-3/10 and 3-4/15..
I m practical with myself..
When I finished all gs papers..I felt very happy..it went way better than last year

Many asked me to switch over to another.. but I stuck with it.. reading a new subject is beyond my capabilities now..

I m not claiming any rank.. I am guessing my performance in quantitative manner.. that's all..
I have tried my best this year..
Already scored 135, 141 in essay in earlier attempts..
258 in optional..
So please don't blame me for being overconfident..
I have said what I feel about my performance..
I don't mean to hurt sentiments of anyone..
I don't understand one thing..
People saying that I ruined my paper.. everyone gives sympathy to the person..
If someone says that I did well.. people will start labelling him/her ..
And I have not missed a single question..
If I knew some facts about the question.. I wrote it..
Have filled almost all pages in all the papers.. right from essay to optional.. and have not tried to bluff the examiner..
If saying what I did in the exam is a crime..then please label me as criminal..
DKT part 2..
Only difference... Last year he missed around 260 marks questions..
This year he has attempted all as per his claims..
However prepared one may be.. u cannot answer all questions particularly in the optional.. certain questions are deliberately made very difficult..
Atleast DKT part 2 is expecting around 800+.. not 850+ despite leaving so many questions in the last attempt..
May be genuine guy.. but I have my reservations

@Declared_Dead Bhai I knew about Blue led (exactly why it is famous bcoz there were articles on it ) and remembered most of technical details of S400 but 85 se above aa jaaye bahut baadi baat hogiLast year bhi one of my friend got 90 despite leaving 60 marks literally, it all boils down to how you write what you know@HankShrader bhai must have written what he knows bahut achhe se
May be u r right..
Honestly speaking.. Hanks claims may look exaggerated.. but it is doable..I think even of he scores 750+.. he will make it to the list..

As I said..
Feel free to label me. That is what some people are good at ... but that won't change my scores..
All I can say is that if I can't clear this year then probably I never will.. this is the best shot I could give and I m satisfied with my performance..
This doesn't mean I have written all best answers.. I have managed the time well.. used diagrams, a lot of statistics and committee names as applicable..
What is humanly possible has been done.. I too feel that few points have been missed here and there but doesn't that happen with everyone..
I too struggled in few questions.. but tried to write an average answer atleast rather than leaving it altogether..

RaGa,SinghkritiEiChan,@EiChan Baap re, I read it right ? Leaving 60 marks blank in one GS paper itself ? And, getting 90 ?
In such cases.. the time saved from those 60 marks is distributed in writing better quality answers in others..

Those who attempted such questions would have hardly got 2-3 marks per question... Except circum Pacific zone.. that was doable though..
That explains the score I guess..
How was his score in other papers.. I feel it was his strategy to leave difficult questions altogether
