OBC Non Creamy Layer related queries while filling UPSC Prelims 2025 DAF

    Hi, isn't OBC NCL certificate for state govt. Officer is because of there level of service (initial level)?My father initially started as a lab assistant but now he has been promoted to a teacher and income is above 8L/year. Am I eligible for the OBC...
