Hello 2021 aspirants. I thought it would be nice if we can share what we are doing and intend to do with one another here.
This could be a thread for discussing everything prep for 2021.
No one method fits all but to see the plans and progress made by fellow aspirants might help with the finer details of preparation and also keep one on track.
Moderator Update: This thread has crossed 1 million views and has thousands of comments slowing down the website. We are closing this and moving to the next thread
I sincerely thank everyone for their useful insight.
I came here on this thread yesterday for an emotional dump, after exhausting all other options. Do not want to make my parents feel sorry for me, so I try not to let them know until its very serious. They have supported me through thick and thin and will always be there non judgmentally. But how much can you pareshaan them??
And my friends, despite being the most supportive are not in this field and probably dont get the complete picture.
So, I took to this thread for an outlet. It was probably not even the right thread to do it. Sorry for distracting anyone, if I did.
I'm glad I expressed myself. I feel ,much better today. And I gained so much perspective. Already starred some of the useful comments that I will keep coming back to when I feel low in future. Around 100 days left. I will buckle up. Will pprobably take today a bit slow and figure out my future course of action and come back stronger tomorrow.
I can not thank you guys enough . :)
Cheers !! May the UPSC Gods reward each one of us . This is a beautiful community :)
Bhai, we are all here for each other. Just be strong and make us strong too!
And trolls pe dhyaan na dena, they are just a bunch of cowards hiding behind anonymity, trying to project some alpha shit which they are not. :)

Here's hoping the rain gods are kind in England today. WTC needs to have a result to succeed in popularising test cricket, doesn't look like it from the way things are going!
Not quite the ideal day, but as long as I keep moving ahead it will eventually get better! Skipped a study session and that led to no progress on society VAM today.

- Modern Algebra PYQs finished (Yay!)
- Newspaper
Targets:
- Cover up all loose ends on the Modern Algebra chapter to finish it off
- Revise Real Analysis
- Society VAM - First Reading (100 Pages)

To turn dreams into reality comes at a price
Fighting day & night is the only way to escape the dice "

How is this pursuit working out for you? XD

I’ve managed to ensure that my pen isn’t shaky anymore, handwriting isn’t even something I’m bothering about right now. I’m at the stage where I’m just learning to form the alphabets XD I’m still writing with my left hand, this is just one of those things that 7 year old me thought cool people do. That’s solely the reason for doing so… to look cool 🤣
