Hello 2021 aspirants. I thought it would be nice if we can share what we are doing and intend to do with one another here.
This could be a thread for discussing everything prep for 2021.
No one method fits all but to see the plans and progress made by fellow aspirants might help with the finer details of preparation and also keep one on track.

Should we or should we not use tables for comparison? Can anyone help me on this one?
IMHO - tables should be used for comparison. It makes the job easier for the examiner.
How ever the points in the comparison should be short. If the points are very content heavy then it becomes difficult to write in small space - given the width of answer sheet.
In the fervour to get to work straight away forgot to post in the morning. Targets for 12.11.21 (as@Celeborn said, nice palindrome!) are:
Finish economy
governance- SHGs, NGOs, inclusive growth
polity- elections
Daily C/A
copy writing
editorial- IE+ Hindu
Let’s make this day great and let’s get this bread!
Thank you!Can anyone compare Rau's mains compass and vision mains 365 on basis of RoI and given the time constraint?Rau's Mains Compass is easier to read. Also things are better explained.
Vision Mains 365 has better content density and higher coverage. But it takes a lot of time.
If your basics are good, go for vision but do it selectively + make short notes. If you lack time, study Rau's and supplement those topics with data/examples from Vision for those topics. And skip the remaining filler topics in Vision.
The thumb rule is do only those things which you can revise minimum 3-4 times before exam and actually recall in the exam. The rest (especially facts and data) are a waste of time.
