Hello 2021 aspirants. I thought it would be nice if we can share what we are doing and intend to do with one another here.

This could be a thread for discussing everything prep for 2021.

No one method fits all but to see the plans and progress made by fellow aspirants might help with the finer details of preparation and also keep one on track.

Too much. Just too much for me. Why can’t I just prepare for prelims again. Lol.

GS 1 remaining portion.

Will write tests from tomorrow onwards. 🤞

Somehow I managed to complete whatever 1-2 FLTs I wrote before prelims on time, but wrote a GS1 mock a few days back and breached the time limit 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Ekdum same mere jaise chal raha hai :P

Also stuck on Bs of both paper (2B is done mostly, 1B ongoing). Plan is to cover 2A by month end in addition to this, so that atleast Paper 2 is completely sorted. Keeping 1A for next month.

People have this perception about Anthropology that it is an easy subject and can be easily covered.I think it's one of the most difficult of all ! Damn. The syllabus is huuuuge. No clue if I can complete it on time.

Only advantage Anthropology has is regarding a really well defined syllabus coupled with no dearth of guidance and study material.

But that too gets normalised due to the enhanced number of candidates with this optional in recent years.

Yeah and the worst part is the way the paper was set last year. Erving Goffman? Really? That was coupled with the easy ones. It was like UPSC was playing a diabolical game with us which it really enjoyed.

I've used standard administration examples of values like integrity, dedication etc from forum's red book and abhijeet sinha's onenote. I quote them everywhere according to their suitability. Don't know any current examples.

Still, if you want to look at current examples, check mrunal's current affairs. He posts ethical examples and case studies based on newspaper articles.

Anthro: Paper 1 topics: 2.5,3,4 and revision of 2.1,2.2,2.3,2.4(till 1:30 PM)

Attempt Anthro test 1(between 2PM to 5PM)

IR: complete the notes of CA classes ( 6:15PM onwards)

Yesterday was a rest day for me. Gave a maths test but otherwise didn't study much.

I've had a late start to the day today as well. Hoping to catch up soon.

Targets are:

1) Economy (try to finish)

2) Real Analysis pending portions

3) CA class

4) AWFG

5) Newspaper
