Hello 2021 aspirants. I thought it would be nice if we can share what we are doing and intend to do with one another here.
This could be a thread for discussing everything prep for 2021.
No one method fits all but to see the plans and progress made by fellow aspirants might help with the finer details of preparation and also keep one on track.

“Pain is inevitable. Suffering is optional. Say you're running and you think, 'Man, this hurts, I can't take it anymore. The 'hurt' part is an unavoidable reality, but whether or not you can stand anymore is up to the runner himself.”
- Murakami
Hello everyone! Putting decent effort but is not able to stick to one plan. It is due tussle between GS and Optional. When i read GS, think about optional, when doing optional, GS pops in. So will go through optional first.
Day 46
1. (1/2) Skim through all formulas and concepts of Paper-2.
2. At least two hours reading of Economy Compass.

I feel the same.. So now what I have done is that I devote one week to each gs paper and one week to optional.. In these weeks, I just focus on one area.. Otherwise, I am unable to do justice to either of them..
Maybe u can try doing gs on 3 days in a week and then optional on the other three days..
People with PSIR optional: how long do you take to revise WPT? and topics with multiple subtopics like IR theories wala? And how long are you taking to revise one section in general?
...just trying to assess if I'm too slow :/
I take a long time for WPT- one day per thinker. I try to mix in other topics along with it so that I feel like I’ve done something else as well
I am facing problems while writing answers given the fact that I have not practised answer writing before this. I feel my answers are not good enough. I feel like giving up in between. I also feel that I have so much to write and how do I write concisely. I have already analysed toppers' copies. But nothing is working out :( Does anyone have any suggestions?
Like you said, it’s because you haven’t practiced before. But the good thing about practice is the more you do it, the better you get. So keep on at it, write your bad answers, and eventually over time they’ll become good answers. One thing that helps me is if I write a bad answer is I try to think how I could improve that same answer, so go over the points and see if you can rephrase some of them, work on your intro and conclusion. Also having a standard set of fail safe points helps.
