Hello 2021 aspirants. I thought it would be nice if we can share what we are doing and intend to do with one another here.
This could be a thread for discussing everything prep for 2021.
No one method fits all but to see the plans and progress made by fellow aspirants might help with the finer details of preparation and also keep one on track.

Day 6- (first day on this thread)
Till now I studied for the first two days only. Later on, I didn't study at all. My today's target is to invest 5 hours.
I will complete 60 pages of ancient history NCERT by 4:30 pm. From page number 115 to 175.
The plan was to complete all the three history NCERTs - Ancient, Medieval and Modern History by the 8th of May. I am still on first NCERT, yet to start medieval and modern history. I will push myself afresh from now on.
Day 2 - I didn't study yesterday- I Will cover yesterday's topics today. I will try to push myself today.

- 12.30-2.00- laxmikant
- 4.00- 7.00- art and culture
- 9.00- 11.00- art and culture
yesterday- studied 7 hrs. Was again unable to follow schedule and did only Laxmikant. Ignoring meditation; may be escaping from watching the demon dance.
Watched aspirants. If any newbie is reading remember to not take series seriously.
- If something that I learned from aspirants it is....
1. Don't hang on people. Let them go. And leave them if need be.
2. Success is largely worth it and sacrifice is sad reality.
3. Life do give second chance. Grab it.
4. Backup could pull you down. This exam require zeal like anything.
5. Be practical as fuck. Don't be in that 'be positive' trap
6. Don't settle for less. Never.
7. Dhairya rakhiya. Dhairyaa k piche na bhage.

With 1st point and last , lagta hai u skipped Sandeep Bhaiya ka part totally! But, I do agree with all the points u mentioned.
Day 48
- 8.00- 11.30- laxmikant- done
- 12.00- 1.30- test analysis- instead did laxmikant
- 4.00-7.00- PT 21- done
- 9.00-10.30- PT 21- done
Will follow Qoqo's format of 'done' and 'not done'. May be that will bring accountability
Played the mind today. Did meditation before posting schedule.
Learning- One easy way to have a rough measure of one's mindfulness is to count the number of times one can be mindful of standing up and sitting down.
@sstarrr Ha ha.. I did not skip that part. It is just that we prioritize things based on our current understanding and then take decision. Things might or might not work out but one must accept it. I know its utopian but that is what it is. Abhilash left job as soon he got second chance but didn't call dhariya for 6 years. Sandeep bhaiya would be moving to nowhere in empty space with his rocket had he not cleared PCS. Aur fir shayad us rocket ka bhi fuel khatam ho jata. As always, grass is greener on other side.
I totally agree with this. People might call , people like us selfish but I guess we aren't selfish but just know when to priortise what ! I too am going through it - but priorities were made very clear by me at the start of it.
See if it helps. Size is similar to that of forum copies.

Day 47
7.20- 11.30- culture- done

8.300- 11.00- culture- not done
We often try to improve our mental health and peace by cutting ourselves from miseries and issues of the outer world. Like not listening to news or not getting away from social media like twitter. Though it is good in short term but in long term it might not. The best way is just to observe the person or issue from a place of empathy. If we do that we focus out towards a much larger view in which almost all of us are facing some issue be it financial, physical or mental. And at the same time we see people recovering and prospering. By doing this the idea that only 'I' am facing, say anxiety, will dilute and a greater sense of gratitude will be developed. In mindfulness we call it 'shared experience'
