Hello 2021 aspirants. I thought it would be nice if we can share what we are doing and intend to do with one another here.
This could be a thread for discussing everything prep for 2021.
No one method fits all but to see the plans and progress made by fellow aspirants might help with the finer details of preparation and also keep one on track.

Hey are you doing Atul Garg Ethics Orient IAS Classes ??
@Kapiushon Tried it after your assurance. Turns out you were correct on the VPN. I lasted all of 3 hours, however. It can indeed be bypassed, at least on OSX. In the interests of the community though, I will shut up here. xD
Lol. For people like us they should provide some military grade stuff.
Biggest mistake in 2020.. was not devoted enough time for note making.. Made notes of g's for mains after pt.. Took until Dec end.. And it was too late..
So will rectify this mistake this time..
Still trying to juggle between 3 subjects vs 1 subject per day.. Monotonous it becomes with 1 subject.. With not able to buy printed 365 and all.. It becomes hectic to read on laptop.. Ek day ke liyeh delhi khol dete.. Toh orn ho aata..
Will update in night.. What achieved today.. As realised no point in deciding in morning targets as remain unachieved by night..
So will update twice daily over here..

GS1 2019- 2 Questions
Atul Garg - Class 2
2.3 Marriage- Note Making
taking it as a reference for mains note making
.
Happens a lot to me too. Late wakeup or unproductive initial session or inability to focus in the morning takes the whole day away. I try to take a sound nap. It basically works as a reset button and I pretend that my day started again and try to do things in a better way now.Not able to focus at all today. Woke up late. Slept again. Spend some time reading some non-fiction. Watched some episodes of a sitcom. It's like I am doing everything except studying. I think I'll begin again tomorrow as day 1. Will try to finish the economy portion I planned.I am either disciplined w.r.t everything or nothing. Like, if the start of the day is bad, it is very difficult for me to recover.

So achieved till now - newspaper.. Black fungus etc.. Medieval India - done advent of turks ; Delhi sultanate ;regional dynasties ; mughal till sur dynasty..
Still will pull up few more hrs.. As slept for some time in afternoon.. And wasted 1 hr in getting fried paneer momos in lockdown...Weather was cloudy...
Note making half done.. Writing on top of pages.. Will see if can consolidate in notes or on book itself enough.. As only in pt.. But art and culture 50 marks in mains costed me.. Imagine 1st question of art related.. And me bluffing for full 2 pages... What an impression it must left..
And studying alone sucks.. Libraries here closed.. Even might hv paid some guy to study at my place with food..if could hv found civil service guy..
One of my civil service friend.. Lived on ground floor with his family.. died of covid on ashtami (1 day before navratri.. Was 24 yrs) .. So alone study now..
Still unable to use effectively 10 am to 1 pm

I completely agree with that last line. I experience the same frequently.
I agree with what Chamomile said. I do the same too. Short naps help. But frequently they turn to long groggy sleep.
One thing I've noticed is that when I work for 2-3 days with extreme intensity, I'll be tired and unmotivated by the third or fourth day. Then that day goes waste. I saw you studied nearly 11 hours yesterday (which is like an unattainable record for me :P). Maybe your body and mind are just recovering today?
I've personally tried to reduce my intensity a bit so that even though I study less in a day, my weekly total should be higher.
Anyways, I'm sure tomorrow you're gonna blaze through the day. Aag laga dena! :-)
