okaish day.didn't study after dinner(night cricket in hostel).

2.vulcanism in geo
today's plan is to do till aristotle.
day was fine.again not much study after dinner and also slept late.can complete till plato only.
1.will try to finish both aristotle and machiavelli today

I use stylus with my laptop and the app is ONE NOTE.
Below average day, could have been better. Studying post sunset is not going smooth. Keeping recreational time in evening now onwards to divide the day into two halves, let’s see how it goes.

1. Jkpsc prelims (2/40) - Spectrum (2/2); Biology (2/3); newspaper
2. Pranayama, zumba
3. household work - probably the last in the season

Yesterday wasn't a good day. Anxiety was at its peak. It always feels like there's so much more left to do. Perhaps I'm overburdening myself and need to stop doing what's non-essential. Today will spend some time rethinking my plan.
While I couldn't complete my targets, I did however spend that time solving PYQs. It's lovely. The best remedy at these times.
Targets for today:
1) Science and Tech (CA notes + NCERTs)
2) CA class
3) Newspaper
4) PYQs whenever bored
