CSE 2022: Plan/ Strategy/ Daily Routine

This is an everything thread for all stuff 2022. You can post your daily goals, end-of-the-day updates, weekly targets or any weird thing you use to measure your progress. You can put into words & post the soul-sucking sadness that is threatening to devour you & your productivity. You can write what made your day & let others experience the happiness too, at least vicariously. This is a thread to pick each other up. This is a thread to keep each other accountable. This is a no-judgement zone.

--------

“This is one more piece of advice I have for you: don't get impatient. Even if things are so tangled up you can't do anything, don't get desperate or blow a fuse and start yanking on one particular thread before it's ready to come undone. You have to realize it's going to be a long process and that you'll work on things slowly, one at a time.”

@masteroptimistSaaS companies do provide these facilities, but are meant for corporate customers and not retail users. Answer should be all the above.

Hard work is the key to success. Hard work beats talent.

Sankalap karo vikalp mat dekho. I did believe in such quotes till 4th june 2022. I know some of you disagree with me. But what is my fault. I left my career of CA in 2016 just to chase this dream. Three years of depression and insomnia did not deter me. I gathered my courage to fight again. From jan to may followed both SFGs with discipline. Revised things. But yesterday, one day, devastated my whole effort. I did my duty well. But what I get - 0. Now who will give me employment? I am left with just bad memories of this journey. Toppers come every year I don't know how they managed to clear this randam exam, specially prelims

Always find all success stories boring and exaggerated..it is always how u survived a failure matters the most for me ! In a same boat as u ! Unlike mains , the efforts and hardwork does not reflect in prelims score most of time ! don't want to say anything to u and to myself except Stay strong bhai 💪! Baaki shree ram ki jaisi marji 🙏

I genuinely feel results should be announced earlier.. especially for an exam like prelims, so that we can think of what to do next.

Matching with many keys and cut off speculation is extremely EXTREMELY mentally exhausting!

Paper actually provided scope to score high this time. 2021 had many confusions but this time theres none. And if people held their nerves in those 2 hours score of 100 i believe is "very mediocre" In this exam for any prepared aspirant

Guys, did you mark Biorock technology, Miyawaki method, Gucchi, Nitrogen Fixing Plants, Climate Action Tracker, EP100 questions? If yes, had you read them somewhere? These sort of questions are now regular, yet not found in Newspapers, conventional Current sources.

Hey, everyone! I made this account using a Temporary Phone No, from some site I don't remember, to safeguard my Privacy. I believe in Free Access to Resources. So, if you see any posts from this account Selling anything or trying to scam, they wouldn't be from me. Someone would have gained unauthorized access to this account. Best recourse to prevent such a thing would be to delete the account, but Forum doesn't provide that option.

I am scoring around 105-120 in GS-1 according to various keys, but I think CSA dubayega. I feel soo soo bad right now that it couldn't be expressed in words. CSAT is getting tougher and I feel so fucked up right now. Agar clear ho jata hai mata ke darbar mei matha tekhna sure sure hai. Abhi toh yeh soch rhi hun neend kaise aayegi..soun kaise ab?

I was happy with GS and I think CSAT dekhna hi nahin chayeih tha. Anyways will try sleeping. Kal try kregen to enjoy this time with family.

Same with me. All the positive energy is suddenly gone now and I don't feel like doing anything at all. I hope this cycle breaks for me this time.

To suggest one single material here wouldnt be appropriate. Apart from usual Ca stuff, you can check out 1) WEF Top 10 future technologies ( they used to release till last year, didn't check this year).

2) Read more about environment, sustainability, agri articles. This would help in csat as well, coz if you would have observed most of the passages focus on climate change and future agri and land use stuff.

Can also linger around UN pages but that would really be an overkill. ( Some Chandak guy had shared a good way to explore UN pages, will share the link if i get it, but again overkill hai, focus on static more).

  • Biorock - CA
  • Miyawaki - CA (very dominant CA, I must say)
  • Gucchi - I played this ques on my hunch. Got it wrong. (This was in last year's CA, it already went into my oblivion)
  • Nitrogen fixing - you can eliminate it upto 2 options, using chickpea. However after eliminating, its all upto luck. I thought Spinach should be in the answer (linked it with a cartoon popeye-spinach-protein-muscle) But got it wrong. :/
  • Climate Action Tracker - Tough.
  • EP100 -  I only knew that Under2Coalition is the sub-state affair (PYQ). So it's secretariat would not have been an international organization. Eliminate that statement, you'll get an answer.

Calling biorock, miyawaki, nitrogen fixing, gucchi as not found in conventional CA sources, you must be new in this prep?

I was much into sustainability so i knew about innovative stuff people are doing. Like during an internship, Bangalore me people arranged clubs on weekend for setting miyawaki forests. Similarly read about hydroponics and other new farming practices.Biorock too. Not sure about others.

Hello,
I marked some of the above. After a point in time during prep, we tend to forget the source. But I have mentioned some which I remember.

Biorock - From last year SFG and other tests (Vision, Forum) - Was in current 2020.

Miyawaki - I made mnemonic for this, I remember it was there in PT365 2019, and was asked in many test series that year. I mostly remembered it because of mnemonic.

Gucchi - Unacademy combat held on 23rd May. It was a deja-vu moment for me. Statements were also similar as in the test.

Nitrogen Fixing Plants - PYQ - Was able to eliminate two due to chickpea. But ended up marking wrong one.

Climate Action Tracker, EP100 questions - Did not answer. Was vaguely remembering Tracker one, maybe from DTE, but did not take risk.
