CSE 2022: Plan/ Strategy/ Daily Routine

This is an everything thread for all stuff 2022. You can post your daily goals, end-of-the-day updates, weekly targets or any weird thing you use to measure your progress. You can put into words & post the soul-sucking sadness that is threatening to devour you & your productivity. You can write what made your day & let others experience the happiness too, at least vicariously. This is a thread to pick each other up. This is a thread to keep each other accountable. This is a no-judgement zone.

--------

“This is one more piece of advice I have for you: don't get impatient. Even if things are so tangled up you can't do anything, don't get desperate or blow a fuse and start yanking on one particular thread before it's ready to come undone. You have to realize it's going to be a long process and that you'll work on things slowly, one at a time.”

Hey guys, wanted to know how y’all are doing prelims tests??
I mean I don’t feel like opening the test and revising irrespective of the scores!
What I do is, write the things which I’ve no/less clue about & other times I just read it again from the book or from the answers given by the test.
I’ve this fear of not be able to remember everything from the test! Maybe bcoz I ain’t confident as of now with what I’m doing.

Can you guys share how you guys are doing it?

Hie.
I can relate to the discomfort of revising tests. I have come up with this idea, where I create a page on my Evernote for each subject.
after finishing the test and while doing the analysis, I note down only those points and concepts that I feel like I'd forget eventually. Takes time, but I had all the topics and facts that need more revision in one place. With every subsequent revision for the static of that particular subject, I used to strike out the topics that I am confident in ( with utmost honesty)
So by the time, I went in for pre,  I had 15-20 points from the tests that needed to be memorised by heart.

it worked for me in the real exam.

Last year, I made a strictly one-line note of each question I got wrong. I did this on OneNote. But in actual prelims, I got a question wrong, and I remember getting a mock question right on the same topic using guesswork. Should have read up on that topic.  This screwed me up. This year I should make notes of questions I get right using guesswork too.

@Ratintherace this is some old school habit .
I used to write even the 20 pages target in my diary and strikes out like anything [ oh gee :p]
We people are naturally inclined towards deadline . Also make some realistic targets, Quality over Quantity .

Hey guys, I am planning to make Art and Culture notes (part1 of GS1) for mains, by referring WYSK of AWFG (that happened in July). I am looking for pooling of resources for this purpose. There are total 58 questions in WYSK. So suppose we make a 4 member team, each person will get around 14-15 questions.

Interested people can DM me.

What sources are you following? I'll DM you if your schedule and source list works for me. Btw did you find the full schedule for awfg? The one I came across for AWFG 2.0 is a protracted one (October to December).

I think I have been misunderstood. We have 58 questions that are given in WYSK, we'll share those questions among ourselves. And each one will give answers for a certain number of questions. Hence at the end we'll get answers for all 58 questions. Thus its a collective effort.

Suppose each person receivesdifferent14-15 questions, and  How much time a person needs to do 14-15 questions? Well that depends upon level of your prep. 1 day or 2-3 days at most. So far as sources are concerned, its your choice, just make sure to make crisp yet comprehensiveanswer.

No, I don't have the schedule for awfg.
