“You don’t try to build a wall, you don’t set out to build a wall. You don’t say I’m gonna build the biggest baddest wall that’s ever been built. you say, I’m gonna lay this brick, as perfectly as a brick can be laid, and you do that every single day, and soon you have a wall. It’s difficult to take the first step when you look how big the task is. The task is never huge to me, it’s always one brick.” - Will Smith :)

The values that we imbibe from the time we born helps us to assimilate with the society and also those values that we feel most important will create our own social groups.so values make socialization.
Aspirations create a desire to achieve what we dreamt off.but there are some institutions like patriarchy, class divide, etc that create a hindrance to your dreams. With an Aspiration you can break that institutions by achieving your dreams. So Aspirations break Institutionalization.
Ps:this is my own quotes(Although i definitely inspired from somewhere),it may/maynot be incorrect/meaningless,but i wrote what i thought During that time.

I think everyone should see it. She has wonderfully said. I am always perturbed how both Prajit and Mittali , from 2016-2017 time on the forum , are so damn fearless when they speak and do things.
See this.

So it's not only about equal opportunities but it's also about equal barriers. If there are more barriers for a certain group of people, there should be more affirmative actions.
