....Out of every one hundred men, ten shouldn’t even be there, eighty are just targets,
nine are the real fighters, and we are lucky to have them, for they make the
battle. Ah, but the one, one is awarrior…”

We do not knowwho we really are and what we’recapableof. Denialis the ultimatecomfort zone.Comfortable choiceskill you over and over again.
But the truth is we all make habitual,self-limiting choices. It’s as natural as a sunset and as fundamental as gravity. It’s howour brains are wired.
Even thebest pep talk is nothing but atemporary fix. It won’t rewire your brain. It won’t amplify your voice or uplift your life.Motivationchanges exactly nobody.
Were probably livingat about 40 percent of your true capability.
Damn shame!
We all have thepotential to be so much more .
Sadly, most of us give upwhen we’ve only givenaround 40 percent of our maximum effort. Even when we feel like we’ve reached our absolute limit, we still have 60 percent more to give! That’s the governor in action! Once you know that to be true, it’s simply a matter ofstretching your pain tolerance, letting go of your identity and all your self-limiting stories, so you can get to 60 percent, then 80 percent and beyond without giving up.
If we follow it, we will unlock your mind to new levels of performance and excellence in life, and our rewards will run far deeper than mere material success.
The40% Rule can be applied to everything we do. Because in life almost nothing will turn out exactly as we hope. There are always challenges, and whether we are at work or school or relationship.
The only way to move beyond our 40 percent is tocallous our mind, day after day. Which means we'll have to chase pain like it’s your damn job.
Its not EASY. First, it will hurt you badly (it is supposed to HURT YOU), then it will become messy, and then it will becomeYOUR NEW NORMS.( (Our tolerance for mental and physical suffering will be expanded because our software will have learned that we canstay with any task for 60% more timethat is trying to beat us down)
There is no FINISH LINE, There in no FINISH LINE.
