@Phagocyte But we tend to go for overkill when failure strikes. Like at least, I have this tendency, when I am unhappy with my preparation I get more and more isolated.
I understand, my scores got worse as the attempts and desperation increased (hence more discipline and isolation). Maybe that kind of routine is not for everyone
