Good luck everyone!
Good day today. Got everything done, except for mock test analysis. Will do it early morning. What is the acceptable score in Vision tests? I got scores in the range of 95-115 in sectional tests and 87-98 in the 5 full tests I've given so far.
This question is to those who are clocking 9+ hours consistently - how do you manage to sit for long hours? I mean physically, how do you keep going? I max out at about 7-8 hours. Also been experiencing tremendous lower back pain of late due to continuous sitting. It's come to the point where I literally have to lie on the floor for relief. This shouldn't be happening at 23 years of age.
damn i was about to ask the same because i was feeling little backache in the lumbar region
Hello Everyone
Preliminary exam butterflies already fluttering in the garden of my brain and giving me jitters.
- Current affair 2 month
- Art and culture 65 pages notes quick revision
- Medieval and ancient history will be 10 topics revise mainly terms and where I tend to forget
- Geography Oceanography and resource mapping
Previous day headache was at peak and still it is but what I did was just geography and economics revision and nothing else.
Ps:Writing here feel like I am openly declaring my relationship status as committed. And for that relationship to work I am putting efforts sometimes it work sometime it doesn't.What everyone just see is the target I set but I only know this aag ka dariya hai doob ke jaana ha kind feeling.

You can try doing some yoga for lower back in between the study hours for 20 minutes or as per your convenience. I'm clocking 9+ hours but within my study time, I sometimes just stand up and revise whatever is on my timetable or just roam in the room itself. And there's nothing bad in lying on the floor for some time.
