Something interesting I learnt today: 

"Shampoo" the word has it's origin in Indian languages word "Champoo(champi)"  taken by British civil servants from India. They loved the Champoo so much it became a chain of salons in london and word shampoo came in common use. (Got to know by some Shashi Tharoor's YouTube video)

Yes, in some ways if our base is strong with reference books, notes. It can always be value added through CA or some geography specific magazine (only if there is time). Rest, I would be in a better position to comment only after writing the papers. 

Targets for today:

1) Analyse PYQ of both UPSC and PSC to know focus areas and make necessary changes to my next month's schedule. 

2) Finish pending lectures of last week.

3) Newspaper + CA.

4. ethics theory portion is complete. Now need to consolidate moral thinkers and example

6. wrote one of the shittiest essay till date. It was like brain froze while thinking. Need to increase writing practice.

Pretty bad day. Could not focus on the optional, and had decided that optional before anything. So other things got compromised also. Wasted time more than using productively.

*Not getting overwhelmed by the syllabus or upcoming tests or materials or by anything is the key. But at the same time not getting delusional by forgetting the no of days vis-à-vis volume of work is equally important.

ps: For self accountability, in every 100min will make a picture map of what i have learned in those 100 mins. Read somewhere about it and definitely i need to improve my picture memory to have a better hand-head coordination in tests. Hope for 6+ PMs for the day!

Now I will be starting for mains.. Took so many days to get back to studies.. Also went on vacation..then emotional dramas at home and health issues of parents.. 

Also hobby etc sochne parege form bharne ke liyeh..half day might go in that.. 

Course is vast.. People selling and buying so many test series.. 28 tests.. 20 tests etc.. Yaha toh mere 10 he pure ho jayei.. Bahut barei Baat hogi... 

Making strategy done.. Only 3 things need to be ensured - 

1. Feet on ground.. Pt hua hain... Mains Baaki hai

2. Accept fact ke this year time is less for mains and prelims period got extended.. So don't try to run in a hurry.. Be realistic.. Remember ke mains padhe kaafi time ho gaya.. Toh kya.. Abh kya kar sakte hai. Woh dekho.. 

3. Shanti rakhna mind mei.. Not start and leave something in between.. Start.. complete... And then only move..
