@Casablanca Cold Air - - heavy dense - - low pressureHot air - - light - - - high pressureSo pole are cold.. So the pressure will be low
I think you have mixed both of these.. .. Cold air is associated with high pressure and hot air with low pressure..
Why polar vortex is called a low pressure zone?
An increase in temperature contributes to the lowering of the pressure in the stratosphere. Force of vortex pushes the air counterclockwise towards the pole.
Thanks. Also when we talk about polar vortex - it is stratospheric phenomena. NOt the ground one. Pole itself has HP. Polar vortex is LP counterclockwise movement of wind over and above the poles?
Am i understanding it right?

I also think you have mixed up.
Cold air---Particles close----dense--- HP
Warm air--- particles expand--- less dense--- LP
so states can only recommend naa there is as such no role of states in any of the list correct ??
And also another doubt is that sc/st/obc list varies across states or there is a uniformity . please answer these two doubts . Thanxs !!

Yes , correct
Does anyone have official answer keys of any of the years before 2011?
Very difficult. The Commission started releasing the Answer keys only in the past decade.

Can MPs speak in only 8th Schedule language in Parliament or any language?
They can speak in any language if I am not wrong.. But it needs permission from The speaker of the house..
ex- An MP from RAjasthan may want to use rajasthani, however it is not an 8th schedule language yet. I don't think it is necessary for the language to be an 8th schedule language..
