Were not muslims allowed to vote in 1909? There was a delegation lead by Agha khan as well?

This is my confusion too. Read somewhere that DD Basu says 1909 and Laxmikant says 1919(or other way around, not sure). If anyone has a definitive answer on this, kindly reply

@Neyawn Sir , If a candidate doesn't appear in any of paper at cse2021 , attempt will be counted or not?
Lantana Camara - sundar lagta hai but invasive hai and in some cases deadly if consumed inordinately
It doesn't look that beautiful if found in wild. You can make anything look good through photos.
Not true. I have years of personal experience to make myself look good in photos but to no avail
I am requesting forumias to again consider providing this 😂 alongside heart! Sometimes we need this.
@Neyawn Pls consider.

It will be counted. Or else after a tough Paper 1, many people would like to take adiditional attempts.

@Neyawn Sorry Sir , I didn't raise my question in a meaningful way. Kindly let me know , will the attempt be counted by UPSC if a candidate appear in none of the papers(GS + CSAT) (absent for both sittings )??
If absent for both sittings, then attempt is not counted

No.
Understand it this way.
The counting of attempt has got to do with the signing of attendance sheet/s.
If attendance sheet is signed in both the papers, attempt will be counted.
If attendance sheet is signed in any of the two papers, attempt will be counted.
If attendance sheet is signed in none of the two papers (the case that you are talking about), attempt will not be counted.
