In question 1, since judiciary is the sole interpreter of constitution, isn't saying political class has scope of interpretation be wrong?

@PhoenixD A constitution is a living document, in the sense, that it provides for a mechanism to amend its provisions per the needs and exigencies of time. 

Political class, IMO, should suggest the amending powers conferred upon the parliament vide article 368.

But there's no flexibility of interpretation of constitution to the parliament
They might amend it, but again that amendment is interpreted by the judiciary only

But I guess you're right. That's what it meant
