@dwightschrute I’d hate to see Chelsea winning because of the sheer absurdity of it and the fact that it would have happened twice. In such bad shape when Lampard left them, strikers still not firing and if they still win it then it’ll be all on Tuchel’s genius.
It’d nice to see an Aguero farewell with a CL trophy and heavenly if they win it courtesy another stoppage time Agueerrroooooooo
I personally like Tuchel. Would've preferred him over Ole any day. He's gonna park a triple decker bus which will put even Mourinho to shame. Also that Agueroooo memory still hurts to this day. Don't want the noisy neighbors adding the only missing trophy to their cabinet.
Who are you rooting for in Euro 2020?
I'll be rooting for France and Bukayo Saka :p
France because of Pogba and Portugal because of Bruno. But just looking forward to watching some quality football and thankful that there's no off-season this year.
P.S. - Do you think Saka will even get a game? England are stacked in that area - Rashford, Sterling, Sancho, Foden, Mount, all ahead of him in the pecking order tbh.
I liked Netherlands last year. Then Koeman left. And Van Dijk got injured. Suddenly they're looking clueless.
Personally, I'll be watching as a true neutral this time. Trying to enjoy the games fully.
Btw, are you all going to watch the matches? Or are you holding back to not mess with your preparation?
I generally finish up for the day by 7-8 pm so will watch most of the games. It sucks that they've scheduled all the big games for 12.30 am kickoff though :/

FRANCE! Only because the ultimate drip king has returned to replace the go-kart!
France have a world-class striker who's won the CL this season but I'm sure Big Benz will provide decent backup :P
In all seriousness Maguire - Shaw is the best CB_LB partnership in prem, If we get varane too and one proper CDM to unlock the French national version of Pogba...I might just pin my hopes for league title this season
You're forgetting one key ingredient - the manager. I have absolutely zero faith in Solskjaer to deliver trophies. His in-game management in crunch situations is appalling. Give this squad to a top manager like Conte or Allegri or Zidane and we'll instantly challenge for PL and CL.
@dwightschrute Barca/La Liga have to prepare for a life without Messi now or when he eventually leaves. They aren't going to find another Messi in the near future. To stake your relevance on a single player(who is now 34) is not a very sound strategy for the club or the league.
Oh absolutely it's not a good strategy at all. Barca have been run into the ground by the board. Their squad is ageing, huge wage bill, no clear cut plan. I saw that Griezman is on something like 700k/week and Frenkie on 500k/week. That's just absurd. I genuinely feel Barca are facing a period of struggling for Top 4 once Messi retires like United did after Sir Alex retired.
is anyone seeing the reports of fan storming the wembley....if this happens in india people say gawar log ye wooh.... i think in times like these emotions take control over mind
English fans are the worst. They've won ONE trophy in history but their attitude will have you believe they're prime 2008-2012 Spain. And to top it off they're obnoxious and hooligans. Italy need to save football tonight.
I have seen zero social distancing and not even 5% fans wearing masks, not just in England but other host nations as well. And tomorrow these same western countries will lecture us.
Jack Grealish: Manchester City make £100m bid for Aston Villa and England midfielder He is good but not £100m good. City don't even need an attacking midfielder
I thinks he's a brilliant player and suits their play style. He's technically excellent, can play multiple positions in a fluid system like Guardiola likes. As for the fee, Pogba cost us 89 million and I believe Grealish has a higher ceiling plus there's the English tax.
@dwightschrute shouldn't they be prioritizing Kane over Grealish even if it costs more
I think they will absolutely go for Kane even after they get Grealish. They finalized Grealish because he was more achievable. They know Daniel Levy will be a ball-buster when they start negotiations and a deal will likely take more time plus there's no way in hell Spurs would sell Kane before their GW1 match against City.
@MikeWozniak he wants to leave idk why Levy is busting his balls
Levy has dragged Spurs from being irrelevant to being in a CL final, regularly challenging for Top 4 and finishing above Arsenal for almost every season recently by being a ball-buster. No way he's changing. He's also not going to sell Kane to a PL club without making them pay over the top and Kane's not going to train until he gets his move. It's going to be tasty!

Kane has missed another training session, I feel this is ungentlemanly behaviour by the club since the player rather openly made his decision (also the captain). It will ruin the locker room for them.
Also what do you think are our realistic chances in getting a proper CDM this window?
I kinda disagree here. Only one who's ungentlemanly here is Kane. He's under contract with Spurs, he doesn't have a release clause so Spurs are under no obligation to sell him, and it is his duty to report for training. Grealish has been training with Villa since Monday, and his deal is almost close to completion whereas City haven't even sent a proper bid to Spurs.
As for CDM, there are not many around and those who we've been linked with (Camavinga, Saul, Goretzka) are all B2B midfielders so my hopes are not high. Looks like another season of McFred double pivot :'(
Sir Alex woke up yesterday, just casually called up Cristiano and said enough of this nonsense get your ass back to Old Trafford NOW! He might not be so good now, and heck, I don't care if he flops. He's back home ❤️
P.S. - City and Pep have now bottled Messi, Kane and Ronaldo 😂 Small club with zero history.
