Wtht a second thought Patna.Why?:-

1.Too much poverty even worse thn Africa still not up in arms ,so u guys hav now a service motive.

2.Aspirational citizens.

3.Too much misguidance.

Should be Patna. Have friends and family there and it seriously lacks in quality guidance especially considering the huge aspirant base.

Must be Patna... There is no good coaching at all. Others places somehow have some other resources. Moreover, demand at patna is also very high
