Mains 2019 Preparation and Discussion Thread
Now that 1 week is over, it is time to shift focus to Mains. With barely 103 days left there is no time to waste.

@HaeckelHe won't share it dost as his only aim was to get praises on social media and showoff to others.
Aise hi mera dimaag kharab kiya gaya tha post pre in my 1st attempt.
Later I realized many of these people commenting hav'nt even given the exam.
Itna dukh hua tha ki seeing others I demeaned my ability and lost out on an attempt.

Don't stoop so low guys.@sat_009was open enough to share his answers. While some insecurity/comparison is expected, maybe we should learn from his answers rather than targeting him. I personally don't see any reason to disbelieve him. My two cents. No ad hominem attacks please.
@paranthapijjaseriously man, it's deplorable to see these people bashing that poor guy. Even if he was exaggerating or even lying, there's no proof, how can you so disgustingly insult him like this. It's unbecoming of future officers to indulge in such activities.

And it's true...kuch log dusro ko demotivate krne ke liye bhi aisa krte hai....mujhe bhi laga ki ...jo candidate itne acche answers likh rha hai...ab tak select kyu nhi hua (i have already raised this question earlier).
Aur ye bhi sahi hai ki kuch logo ko social media pe praise chahiye hota hai.

I have been following this thread since past few days. There is no need to get demotivated by seeing a few exceptional answers. And I personally feel that it's very difficult to write consistently all such good answers. However I still believe that@sat_009might have written what he says here he wrote for only the answers discussed. There have hardly been discussions on more than 5 questions I guess. But I also acknowledge the fact that some persons in the past have wrote exceptional answers here on forum and missed final selection or even interview call.
So relax and prepare for the interviews. All the best people:)
@John_TitorLol Jack Dawson was epic shit. He carried on for years until they caught him on a lie.
Hell even I asked for his Geography optional "advice " for answer writing.

Jack dawson was a user who claimed to be an IPS officer or something. His profile flair showed that he was a veteran. Like 5 attempts or something with Geography optional. He used to comment on how to answer questions and such and also on paper difficulty and all.
Fun part was that he claimed to have scored like 280 in Geo for last 3 or 4 attempts. And regularly cleared and went to interview. Finally got caught when someone asked him his Marks on the year he cleared I think... The guy mentioned his language Mark's. As you know... for people who attend interview they dont give language marks. And hence he got caught and disappeared after that.
He had built up some credibility on discuss forum (people had their doubts though). Also his thoughts and comments looked genuine
@Rand_Al_Thorhe just vanished after he posted his language marks along with his other marks. Zameen khisak gayi bhai ke pairon tale. Bc range haatho pakda Gaya.
@Rand_Al_Thorhe even commented on inter caste rivalry in the civil services. Users like notty/naughty raja used his profile template to look genuine.
