Now that 1 week is over, it is time to shift focus to Mains. With barely 103 days left there is no time to waste.

I have tried many pens. Finally settled on Reynolds 045 because it is thinner and has slightly more friction. But it is not as pleasing to the eyes as Teramax.
For speed I think if you can think fast you will write fast. So work on content and Ques. Also keep practising writing daily for 1-2 hours. No other option.
@John_TitorI am trying to finish very selectively the topics I feel I am weak in like Agriculture, Governance, etc. 1 quarter's material per month.

@VikaI dont know why the both V5 pens I bought started leaking after some time . I found it nice . Should I try once more with it ?

If the notebook you are writing on is too thin (like a testbook), then probably this can happen. V5, V7 even Teramax have another problem that their ink spreads if a drop of water or sweat falls on it. Be careful while using them.
