It's not about right or left........ It's about right or wrong i.e. rule of just law.
Second thing thumping majority doesn't mean you can do anything. Thats why to prevent majoritarianism we have constitutionalism.
If majority will decide what is right and what is wrong than there will be no meanings of democracy. And dissent is basic feature of democracy.

You are sadly mistaken my friend- thumping majority means you can do whatever the fuck you want to. The only limitation is that what is off-limits is for the judiciary to decide. But until then, the majority gets to choose what is right.

@John_TitorMate it took more than 7 years to finally set a date to hang the rapists in the horrific assault case. You see that is the problem of the Judiciary. It does not mean you take law in your own hands. You can take out protests forcing the Judiciary to take cognisance or assign priority- this is a noble method to establish accountability of the Judiciary which is hardly present currently. The only alternative to a weak institution in a constitutional democracy is a stronger institution, not going above the head of the institution.

If you incite violence and pick up arms, you're waiving off the limitation on the state to you force upon you. Believe me, you don't want to do that.
