Single paper raha , mahnat kam rahi to 1 cr log form bharege, usme se top 1011 select hoge..

We will get real talent from crowd. Rather than odd 11 lakhs.

These are not reforms .. implementation isko bhi kar sakte..

Ya ek young chote gav ka talent, jo mahnat kar k ek level pe aa raha? Kya vo join karega for 4 years?

Such agnipath will be paradise for tier 2 3 100 college students, who just want job.. 4 year Agni path may give them job in corporate at good salary...

Bhai tumko corporate kyu le... CA , mBA finance, CFA etc kya mazak kar rahe..

This idea is just new and we don't know it's impact on people opting for it and hence there is apprehension among candidates( including me).

Just giving you example of short service commission officer of armed forces(earlier it was for 5 years and now I think for 10-14 years with no benefits). These officer are valued and recruited by industries like Mahendra andTata .(even if they are infantry men who probably knows about guns and not about finance. It is because of their experiences in tough situation)

Recently Anand mahendra in an interview said that agniveers has good potential in industries. There were violent protest against agnipath scheme in India. But IAF received 2 lakh application in 6 days. Candidates inspite of temporary nature have applied for the post.

Regarding agnipath 2.0 in civil services it is too early to announce the verdict on success and failure.

Armed forces having different ecology. Israel, USA having sevices where people spend good 4 5 years as service to mother land. Even in india we are having territorial army, where u and me can serve if we want. Outcome of armed forces are dynamic young , courageous lads, who can work as security guards, bodyguard, good class 4 or 3 employees( mai officers ki baat nahi kar raha). Else such security guard cadre comes from gali ki junta. Apniveer will use such junta as asset and create asset for country.. agniveer is best for armed forces even police...

Raha civil service..

Konsa private sector tenure pe recruit karta.. people leave either their bosses or for better offer. There are people who work for 10 20 years in good companies..

Private bhi apko lifetime k liye recruit karta.. not for tenure. Agar app perform kar sakte to app vahi retire ho sakte..

Sirf acche level me govt me hi contract job ate.. jaha pe sirf despo or vested interest wale hi apply karte..

Aar mai ias banunga.. tab tak mera chacha ka ladke ko IT ka 5 sal ka exp ho jayega.. mai kisi state psu me fake job nikalunga for IT on contract basis.. usko select karunga..badme permanent kara dunga.. world is very bad bro.

Agniveer 2.0 is intellectual diarrhea that has no scope in admn.

Bhai lateral entry is great initiative.. many criticised it.. but govt went for it.. cos these are reforms.

Agniveer in forces, awesome idea, govt directly planned to implement it..

Agniveer 2.0 is copy paste suggestion without any research and analysis. No official channel has talked about it.. agniveer 1.0 created lot of debate and discussion and Any anti-govt bureaucrat can write parallel article to create unrest among gullible youth.

Chalo desh badle. Aaj suna he ki physic wallah(iit jee) upsc ke domain me aa raha hein. Just looked at promo. Looked weird(no high fee). Forum/vision/insights/vajiram Khatre mein hain.

Physics wallah has 8 million subscribers which reflects it's success in iit jee field. But upsc is different field because of its unpredictable.

In 2015-2016 vision made it's name for testseries.

Forum ias mgp program became popular after 2017.( my friend suggested).

Same with insights on India.

But in the end upsc has last laugh. Prelim 2022, 2021,2020 is an assertion of dominance of upsc on coaching industries.( For mains test series is somewhat useful).

As far as consumer, we can hope for more competition which can bring down the fee of coaching class/test series.( I guess).( warrna free upsc material channel he hi)

bhai tumhe paise aur environment ki itni chinta he to ssc cgl dedo na online Hoti he. upsc cse ke pattern se dikkat ye (ha tough lgti he clear nahi ho pa rahi jo bhi he) to phir tum khud is exam ko kaise likh rahe ho, nahi likhna chahiye. waise bhi tumhare liye private job aur cse me jyada difference nahi he to apni private job par hi focus karo.
